HOTEL RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN
We have signed a contract with Palace Station to be host hotel for AMVIV6 which will run March 26-29, 2009. If you want to plan a long way ahead, you can now contact Palace and book your room.
This year, there is a benefit to booking your room early. If you book between now and January 25th, you get Courtyard rooms for $79 per night and Tower rooms for $119. From January 26th
until the rate closes, the price goes up by $20 a night to $99 and $139. So book your rooms early!

Palace Station has agreed to reserve the entire top four floors of their parking garage for MINIs during AMVIV. This will hold approximately 800 MINIs. The hotel has also agreed to allow us to use the top floor of the parking garage as the location for the Friday and Saturday "Boot and Bonnet Show" vendor/sponsor event. There is plenty of parking available on the lower levels of the parking garage for any MINIs that don't fit on the roof.
